I did the first 2 missions. fine no Prob. the Timed mission however, I got STUCK in a jump and failed the mission. so... now I don't have any missions to do, and don't know what to do next. does anyone have any ideas on what to do next? I have Petitioned, however, never got a response.

Have you gotten the message from your agent yet stating the time is up on your mission???
If you have then go back to your agent and you should be able to request a new mission.
If not just wait until you do then you should be able to go to your agent and request a new mission.

yes, the Agent says that I have Failed the mission. so I talk to him agian... and he says that he "has nothing for me right now."
That has been going on now for over 3 weeks.
so... is there a way to get a new Agent ?

You could delete and remake. If you haven't been able to do anything else, other than wait for that.
OR you could say WTH and go exploring, killing pirates, mine ore, having fun etc ;)
EDIT: you have to complete the missions with the first agent, then he sends you to the next one etc. So your character will never get further in agents mission.
I hope not you find my post rude or anything. It wasn't my intention ! :-)

ur not Rude at all Jarx... I thank you for the reply.
However, i do have 3 Weeks of training, i would not wnat to reroll ;) .
From todays Patch notes.
Agents & Missions
The agent missions marked as important, which give you a new agent as a reward used to only be available once per agent even if you failed them. This has been changed, you will now have a chance of getting them again if you fail the mission
so maybe there is hope :)

Well to cheer you up you'll be happy to hear that today I got 4 agents just by docking in stations.
I actually never bothered completing the tutorial, and as such would never have got any missions at all, but as you can see all is not lost...
