Evetv stream extremely messed up today? I can hear talking, but no video, then buffering every few seconds.

Yes, same for me. Worked flawlessly last week for me, this week, not possible to watch.

It's totally borked for me, starts of nice at a 500 kbit stream then rebuffers to a 67 kbit sound without video stream.
Tried vlc and wmp, both screw up.
It isn't the connection to the host providing the stream;

The provider of the streams probably has a rather ****** up router, it routes certain IP's fine and others it keeps resetting or so.
Anyways the stream is totally unwatchable (as opposed to last week when it was perfectly fine).

Audio is fine for me but I am watching a slideshow. I am getting no buffering on my end so assume it is from CCP's end.
Last week it worked fine for me.

No, it's not a connection. It's the stream provider is a complete crap company that can't support the desired service level to the needed amount of connections. Another low-budget provider which unsurprisingly provides a low-budget quality service. I can watch Blumberg TV flawlessly and several other video streams have no issue at all, but EvE TV lags, buffers and gives slideshows. For me it's the worst quality stream ever for all tourneys I watched although I have much faster line than before.
P.S. got "can't buffer because server is busy" message
