Welcome to the Moons of Pluto!
We are currently looking to recruit a few more pilots to our ranks! We're looking for more players who are interested in industry, manufacturing, mining, hauling, and research. We are not a PVP corp and strive to stay out of serious conflicts.
I. Do you want a Corp where your CEO strives to filter money throughout the members? I was a brand new pilot to this game when I ran across one of their members, asking him questions about mining. I spent about a week and a half training hauling skills, and since then have earned millions of ISK that I would otherwise have had to wait a long time to pocket. I attribute this to the attitude of the CEO, the Corp-members, and the Corp, as well as my own work.
II. Do you want a group of mature players, average age being early 30's to hang out with after a long day at work and blast some ice? Currently we have a small but very active group.
III. Tired of internal quibbles that make it more stressful than worthwhile to log on? You won't find that here.
Now, I know you're reading this thinking, 'Solomon, but is this Corp FUN?' I can't tell you what's fun. No one can. And personally, it irritates me when someone tries to pass their organization as fun. Well no kidding it's fun, why would you stay in it if it wasn't? I don' t know if you'll have fun in Moons of Pluto or not. What I do know however, is that you will get what you give out of MoP and that you will have the support of a friendly group of players in pursuing your endeavours.
Our active times are typically afternoon through evening in North American time-zones. We are accepting of any nationality or time zone, though you may want to consider this information before further inquiry.
We are looking for experienced or inexperienced pilots alike! There is plenty of wisdom to be shared from the ranks of our more experienced players which will help you get a foothold in the galactic race for money and power!
- We do require you to not be on a trial account. - We do have a Corp tax of 10%. - We operate primarily in Gallente space. - We do not have mandatory Corp Ops.
For more information, feel free to contact Stefx, Garat Mant, or Tymetraveller (our illustrious leader) for recruitment information. Or you can feel free to contact me for more general information, Solomon Caselle

I endorse Stef's endorsement.
We're a group of casual, mature industrialists. We support the casual player, if you only log in once a week for a couple of hours, we'll be there for you. We understand that RL pressures, school, job, family, heck even housework, can be more important than EVE; because of that attitude, you'll find we don't punish you or otherwise hassle you for being away for a long time.
We also support the independent soul; some of our players hardly ever show their nose around Sinq Laison, and that's just fine.
If you want a good bunch of folks to hang around with however, you'll find corp chat almost always available and welcoming. We have members from all over the world, and in various timezones mostly clustered in GMT-5 to -8.
Come chat or send us a mail and we'll try to answer your questions.

Originally by: Garat Mant I endorse Stef's endorsement.
I would endorse Garat's endorsement of me, but that would create a hole in the spacetime continuum of this forum. Consequently I shall simply mention my approval. ----------- MOP recruiting Industrialists/miners/traders/missioners/etc |

In only 3 months I have really come to love this game and this corp. MOP has helped me become wealthy in ISK and companionship.

Edited by: Mouchard on 14/03/2008 21:36:24 Your Corp sounds like just what I am looking for. And I think I'd be a good fit, but I'm out in Caldari space. How hard is it to picj up agents from another race? And how far are you from Lonetrek region?

Moons of Pluto is a breath of fresh air in the EVE universe. A great bunch of mature and friendly folks from new players to veterans. MoP is a diverse group because they seem to have something to offer everyone.
I was drawn to MoP because they seemed to be one of the only corps not promising handouts - and in MoP you won't get it. What you will get is a top group of players who work together to benefit everyone in the corp equally.

There once was a miner named Bob, who sat around on his Hulk named Grog. He never could mine since he hadn't the time, so he decided to post in his blog.

I'm a noob, looking for a Corp to join. I've only been playing for a few weeks, and by running missions and ratting have grubbed together the money and skills to buy and fit out a Moa - which promptly got blown up. This was a valuable learning experience, since I realise that I don't know what I'm doing. I especially don't know how to make the big bucks. But I'd like to know, and I'm keen to learn. A good industrial corp is what I'm looking for, and I figure you guys might be it.

Jack and Jill went through the gate to ditch their agent's 'brother'. A titan was there, and it didn't care, so they both blew up together.

A long long time ago, In an asteroid belt far far away,
The Empire's armada was fast approaching the Federation's mining fleet. The Empire had been planning the attack for many, many years. The Federation had prepared to defend the fleet. They were all of them deceived, however. A lone Minmatar vessel warped into the belt, releasing a massive bubble just as the Empire's armada arrived. The Empire and Federation ships alike began to exchange fire, not noticing the rest of the Minmatar fleet warping in just beyond the range of the bubble. The Minmatar mined out the entire belt while the Empire and the Federation fought each other. Several Ragnaroks warped in and began to lay waste to both the Empire's armada and the Federation's mining fleet while they were helpless within the massive bubble. In the end, only the Minmatar ships left the belt with their pods intact.
I'm not really sure if that has anything to do with Moons of Pluto, but join anyway! |
