I heard about a server where you are all-skills-insta-V and everything is 100 ISK. Does a server like this exist?
Please, do only respond if you definetly know that this server exists/not exists (if yes, a description on how to connect or something else would be nice =) )

dude it was just a question if you know there is no such server then say it... this is the forum for noob questions right? if you just came here to flame noobs because they are noobs please go play some other game and dont ruin my dream of a friendly EVE community-.-

Friendly EVE community? Try going to low sec and see how friendly they are...
Chaos, I believe, is an invitation only server for bug testers and QA.
There is no server with what you're looking for and if there is, it's certainly not open for access by the general EVE population.

There's SiSi, where "everything costs 100 ISK", but your skills are your usual ones.
Oh, and just the regular meta0-5 items are 100 ISK. Higher metaitems, nope, not available unless you do it the old-fashioned way.

The Singularity test server has the market seeded with everything at 100 ISK. However, this only applies to things that are available on the market, so if you wanted faction ships or items, or officer or deadspace stuff, you need to head to Jita and spend your millions/billions on contracts. The only issue is that various players who have collected too much ISK (buying everything for 100 ISK and self-destructing for base insurance can get a decent bit of ISK quite fast) tend to buy everything worth buying on contracts.
All level 5 skills is not standard. Your skills on the Singularity server will be whatever they were when the last mirror (from Tranquillity) was done. If you're account didn't exist then, then you probably can't get on until the next mirror. At one point the devs set up "Armageddon day" where everyone had maxed out skills, but it was a stress test for some new server code.
