Well I was running Agent missions in Empire space and carrying a few minerals from here to there in a punisher.I walts right into New Caldari thinking that things would go smooth I was just a few from my destination when all of a sudden Real World comes on MTV omg.....So I grab my remote and come change the channel.Well what happens I am at a gate bout to warp as I turn my chair back to my wonderful 21" Trini and bammmm I am being locked by 4-5 Celestial Apocs.Once again I am in a punisher and they are (from what I could see past the barage of missile and the wonderful blue light of being warp scrambled and locked down)a Kestrel on me along with his bigger buddy an Apoc and a few other ships hard to make out at the time.Well needless to say they shot me clear outta space and back to base.
I mean comon guys Yeah we are at war but pickin on a lil punisher doin agent missions just isnt right,where is the dignity in that.First off a lil overkill if ya ask me.And to any Celes Apoc person out there why not give me a nice reason why we are at war minus the fact that your corp may be a lil jealous that we are making a killin workin and doin other things in EvE other than greifing.

Well not really and ya know what they may have got a small ship o' mine but I still am valued at more than their entire Corp!!!

Well u said it ourself Jehutty we are at war and i see on reason for not shooting at a enemie ship.
As for overkill. yes behaps, but if theres 5 of us at a gate we cant really say "oh its only a frig, only 2 of us fire" can we?.

The main reason for this war is propanelgen's relentless stalking of our corp on the forums. We are not sure what we ever did to him, but hes contiunually flamed us from day 1. We got sick of his crap on the forums and declared war.
We are sorry if the "little guys" such as agent runners are caught up in it, but war is war. The terms of ending the war are very simple. Public apology from prop or prop getting booted from crice. We have already discussed this with crice and others.
And clarce im not sure why u were locked, perhaps u have a slighlty neg sec, or have bad corp standings with us. We dont lock every ship that flies past.

We don't accept demands from Terrorists. There are plenty of ways around your ruthless attacks on Agent Runners. Your reasoning to attack a purely production,manufacturing and research corp are weak. It's a Game. Thank you Darth for reminding me, sometimes I forgot. You may have declared war to kill Propan, I believe this is nothing more than a way for you NOT to mine or work for your ISK. You make up wars on wealthy corps so you can pirate them while sitting safely in Empire Space at a Highway gate. Where is the War and Honor in that? All in all I was hoping to have fun with this war, but all I have seen in 6-1 odds against us. We lose ships, you have lost none to my knowledge.
Crice Corp will not hide in the shadows or be given directive by a corporation that has nothing more than a misguided hatred towards One Member of our corp. Countinue your attacks. Be proud.

Hmm. What can I say to Talon? To declare war because of something someone said, speaks for itself. Just say "crice is uber",  we are jealous and we declare war so we don't have to mine and just make an excuse to pirate innocent people; we can't risk going to 0.0 because we might lose a ship or have even numbers in a fight. We can't have that now can we?! Forums War part XII. This is all in fun and anything that Propan said, maybe it wasn't thought out, maybe it was. Who knows. Who cares. It's a game. I lost the "respect" I had. If you like Talon come fight me. I am sure you will be a little more surprised than ganking one crice ship with 6-1 odds. A newbie just trying to enjoy EVE and get used to it. This just ruins the game for newbies. This causes overall loss of good people, trying to have fun.

I have a feeling either it is an alt of Nirvy or a friend of his as she seem to know stuff about Dark Seraph's battleship loses and they are fighting Nirvy atm and he is really the only one (outside DS) who knows how many battleships they have or haven't lost!

Well I appreciatte the answer to my question!As I will agree with Crice to attack a corp over flaming....Well then Every Corp in EvE would be at war with one another RIGHT?I like the overkill response I got and I guess I agree with it.As far as a public or even personal apology I cant see that ever happening!As to the BS that Crice****(spelled properly to those who misses English 1)said what is the bs we MINE and PRODUCE ships as always.If some of our members are in an engagement then maybe its in 0.0 space for fun!!!And to back our alliances.I cant think that we have ever outright attacked a corp other then them starting with us.....Celes I remeber when you were supposed pirate hunters,has that changed?Maybe true pirates are out of yer league aye?

Thanks for the exp Shadow, I'm not negative sec, just after a whole day of being locked by new guys, I thought it a little weird - I hold celest in a very high regard - thats why I thought it was odd. Probably a classic case of mouse dimentia

Im in the CA and my corp also has a war against Celestial Apoc.
In the CA we have a rule about not publicly criticising each other. If we didn't have this rule Id have stuff to say to the thread starter.

Not taking sides, but I have had a run in with this argument before. We were at war with a corp and were hunting them in an area they were known to mine in. We came in and I took out a cruiser and its pilots capsule.
5 minutes later
I was at the station waiting for the word to leave, and the same pilot I just killed comes into the system. He warps to the station (the only one in the system) in a shuttle. I locked and fired taking out the ship and pod again. Then I get a convo from the pilot and he starts on a rant about how I must think I am a big bad mo-fo destroying his shuttle.
The only response I could give him apart from laughing my ass off at my desk was:
We have had a declared corp war for the past 2 weeks. I just killed you no more than 5 minutes ago. What would make you think I wouldn't shoot at your shuttle if you showed up again..................
I don't know if he was just dumb or what. Why would he think that since he was in a shuttle I wouldn't kill him yet again? He must have had an accident in the cloning lab when it came to growing the brain.
