We're a relatively new PvP corp thats currently building our force.
We are small (waiting for others to join) but we're recruiting members.
We're looking for an allience for 0.0 access with the plans of mining and building a base.
We are PvP goal minded so we can offer our support when the cause is needed.
Everyone has to start somewhere.
Can anyone help in our quest?

Check out the CFS guys they are the most likly to let people into there alliance.

Joining the CFS alliance is signing your death sentence at this moment, the CFS alliance doesn't show up as capable of defending its borders and the RUS corp moving around there isn't a good thing to surfive long. I know C4 looks for pvp corporations to join our pvp alliance, but the minimal size of these corporations are atleast 20+ players.

Well not speaking for CFS as I am not part of it but if you mean the rus and other guys running around in intercepters ganking industrial ships then you are correct. The fact they are moving at 5k per second and running away is why most time's they are not caught.
Then again the fact they are just ganking industrials kind of shows how much skill they have. They must be all elite.

I guess it makes them as elite as the people who are unable to kill em.
War is all about economy not killing industrials would be stupid.

hehe, calling RUS bad fighters does show how much you understand of Eve fighting.
RUS is and has been one of the most feared corps in Eve's PvP.

CFS alliance tried to invade Curse alliance, RUS is curse member and saying RUS only uses interceptors is wrong.

If your looking to get into the premier PvP alliance in the game, CA, then your best bet is to merge into a corp like ShinRa (a moderate sized corp with no real 'seniority' system so lots of potential to shape policy) or to grow in size to about 12-15 and then apply (you need a sponsership).
CA is probably the only alliance that fields proper mixed fleets of many different corps all the time (as opposed to single corp), and all corps share the same TS channels, ingame channels and home systems.
