The last time TT did this, IAC ended up owning a few new stations. I know, i was there.

Fools are easily parted with their money.
The terms outlined in the OP are incredibly lax, it would be quite possible for tyrrax to wardec, kill a noobship or two and still be within the bounds he outlined in his post.
That was well worth the 7 bil....
