For sale here is Duke Cratus a Minmatar pvp specialist who was trained from the beginning to be a Vagabond pilot. This char would make a good pirate alt, or mold it into what you want. Decent learning skills, all of them except charisma are up to lvl 4 and Learning is lvl 5.

Does not have HAC trained yet, but will by middle of this week. The skill book is also in my hanger ready to plug in when AF 4 is done training.
