Well, I've had this character for what seems forever (2004) but it's time to sell him. He's a great character for starters into pvp or those wanting a vagabond alt.

Here's the Skills

-Positive Balance, .06 sec status, no killrights/etc, in NPC corp by end of auction...pretty much a clear slate for years
-Location in Empire

-Heavy Assault Ships 4

-Reserve: Hidden (revealed when met)
