I'm having this very anoying problem since I started playing. Whenever I type, the letters don't appear as soon as I touch the key on my keyboard. It takes maybe half a second. I thought this was lag but I have a very good connection so I don't think its the problem. Anyone has a solution for fix this typing delay?
The same thing also happen when I'm inside a station and I try highlight some icons and menu, theres a very short delay.

I have same problem, but it started 2 days ago without any valid reason. The lag I have is only typing lag cause everything else runs smoothly. Interesting thing is that this lag starts even on logging window when I start EVE so I assume it is in some way connected to program itself. I'd be grateful for any help concerning this issue.

I am havning the same problems. Started a fiew days ago. No clue why. same on sisi.

I had some problems with my graphics card and "Load Station Environment" enabled in settings. All it changes is the ability to rotate your ship in the station. With it turned off I don't get typing delay.

Turning off "Load Station Environment" in options didn't help. Typing lag is still there The thing that bothers me the most is the fact that I'm normaly running EVE for 8 months without any problems and now all of a sudden there is this lag that came out of nowhere...

Run in windowed mode, see if anything else is leeching away at your processor cycles. Also do the standard clearing of your cache to see if that helps.

Sweeped and checked whole comp with every antivirus and spyware removal I know of.
Checked for other processes/aplications that might be running alongside EVE.
Reinstalled client.
Playing in window mode whole time.
And all this to no results. I still have damn typing lag that starts the moment I'm entering password on first login window and continues ingame although the game itself runs normally. I apologize for being anoying and replying constantly here but I'm becoming more and more frustrated with each passing minute...
