i need a dominix setup that will on in pvp so i can go to low sec plx!!

If this is going to be your first PvP run, don't use a Dominix. You will get blown up and be a sad panda. Use a frigate or cruiser, which are cheaper.
Otherwise, check the Ships & Modules forum.

Forethought, caution and experience keep you alive. A lumbering battleship is going to do nothing but ensure you get popped faster.
You should be asking
"How can I survive in lowsec with my T1 Frigate/Cruiser?"

Let me know when and where you go PvPing with that Domi. I'll be waiting with my salvagers to clean up your wreckage.
Seriously, a Battleship is a BAD CHOICE to start PvPing with. Start with small and easily replacable stuff.
You are new-ish and won't have maxed out support skills to get the last bit of performance out of your ships. PvP pretty much requires high levels of ship performance, especially at the BS level. With frigates, you can get away with lower support skills, and even if you lose the ship, it's still a frigate and easily replaced. Even a T2 frig won't run you too much cash.
Seriously, start small.

Check this thread for setups on different ships. I would also suggest to not go and solo in a domi in your first pvp attempts. The thorax is a very nice, much more affordable ship, for example. One thing you could do is get a domi and run some missions with it to get a feeling for its tank and so on - tweak the setup.

Choose a Vexor for PvP if you like the Domi.
It's like a cheap mini-domi to get used to drone combat, train your drone and support skills up while you fly it.
