Doesn't matter what race freighter etc, just interested how quick I can get a alt into one.

EveMon says somewhat around 52 days.Might even be less with higher perception and Willpower.

Self destruct your pod, have a freighter pilot stick your corpse in the hold. Takes about 5 minutes and is the absolute quickest way.

thought a freighter could only load/unload in a station...
anyway, to the OP: just get evemon and make a plan for the freighter you want. train perception and willpower skills, get +3 implants (minimum, but you only need cybernetics I for them) for those stats, and stick to the plan.

if you want an alt only for this then the highest percption will be the way to go ... Amarr Cyberknight ? then the race ship of your choice -
amarr for Largest transport
gal for largest T1 hauler
caldari for largest freighter
minmatar for fastest of any [though it dont make much difference]

Perception is certainly the key attribute for this plan. Early on, race through your race's frigate skill and go through the standard hauler chain (industrial ship -> freighter). I can't really think of anything else.

Try something like:
Minmatar+Brutor+Slave Child+Military+Soldier
Charisma:7
Intelligence:5
Memory:5
Perception:12
Willpower:10
This should get you in a freighter in 38 days me thinks without any learning...
