I cant unlock BPO`s
Tryed the unlock vote 3 times on bouth Ceo and Director
Bouth cam back with 100 persent on Unlocking vote, but the damn Bpo`s are still locked.
Anyone know what can be wrong `?

Within 24 hours of the vote expiring (iirc) you need to log on as CEO and implement the result of the vote via the 'sanctionable actions' section under the politics tab of the corporation window. Then the BPOs will eventually unlock (it took a few days for this to happen when I last did this; petition if you get to this stage and you're still stuck.

It is an absolute arze when you're talking about hundreds of BPOs.
Yet another thing that CCP really needs to improve with the corporate interface.
On the other hand, you could keep the less used/valuable BPOs in locked cans in a Corp division only your trusted folks can access.
Frustrating having to use such workarounds, but compared to unlocking shedloads of BPOs every time you want to move your production office - probably the lesser of two evils.

Sorry if this is a bit off topic, but is there anyway around spamming my corpmates with 40 votes asking for unlocking the bpo's?

CCP appear to love giving you mail spam to help you feel more popular and loved - just look at the double POS fuel mail spam!

Do all shareholders get notified of a corp vote irrespective of whether they are are in the corp or not? Irrespective of whether they are Directors or not?
I know only Directors and CEOs can start a vote, is it shareholders that actually cast votes on unlocking/locking BPOs for example? Not directors that dont hold shares?

after a successfull vote, you need to go to the corporation icon -> Politics -> Sanctiable actions -> not in effect
Note !! only the CEO can do such an action. in other words, he is the only guy who can give his final aproval to such a vote.

Any share holder can vote, will get mails notifying them of votes, see past votes, etc. Directors without shares get no input.
