Hi everyone i'm dakidisill
I have trained amarr cruiser lvl5, caldari cruiser lvl5 and gallente cruiser lvl4. However, i can not determine which command ship i want. I have already decided i do not want the nighthawk. I live in 0.0 and would prefer a good tanking ship along with some good dps. IF you guys could propose any ships that would be awesome. Thanks!!

My Suggestion maybe a bit biased, So I would recomand checking market.
The price of an item refletcts how good it is most of the time.

I'm not really sure what your after. There doesnt really seem like theres a choice, since you only have caldari and amarr cruisers at 5 and you dont want the nighthawk. That leaves you with a choice of one, the absolution. (desire for damage rules out fleet commands really)
So yea, i definately reccomend the absolution. Not because i fly it or its amazing or anything, but because it actually is the ONLY ship youve left as an option.

If you fly with Armor heavy gangs them amarr shield then caldari and ECM gallent.
Pick the one that best suits your need's to be fair there all fairly good if set up right.
Death is great rember where all dying to get there. |

Absolution is your closest bet.

I currently have min cruiser 5 and I've been thinking of training up amarr cruiser 5 for the absolution. My future CS would be used for 00 and lowsec. My shield, armor and gunnery skills are all fairly high so either is fine. Any thoughts on the abso or sleipnir would be greatly appreciated.

Don't get me wrong, a good gate camp will kill either, but a Sleipnir has a much better chance of surviving an 0.0 gate camp then an Absolution. They can reach near-Nano speed without Snakes and still have a tank. With the Sleipnir you'll do slightly less damage and won't be able to tank for as long, but your tank will be extremely powerful for so long as you have cap; hopefully enough time to use your great speed to run away.
I'd fly the Sleipnir for 0.0.

Be sure you choose a ship that uses the tanking type you are most proficient at as well. Would suck to train for an abso and not be able to armor tank as well as you would shield tank.
Otherwise, check market, fly what you can already fly, or fly what you want to fly. Like someone said, the market reflects highly upon their performance (nighthawk is probably expensive due to its PVE applications).
But really, except for a few notable exceptions, command ships are generally a better purchase than a HAC.
If I had an Alt I would probably post with it... |

My absolution has a rock of a tank, it can rival an astarte in damage from 10-25km range, it can pick a vagabond out of the sky as if it was standing still and it is graced by god.
I need say no more.
