Because i was in the EXACT same combat ship aswell? Because i was mwd'ing to the gate when he uncloacked? Because i locked him and he warped away?

hmmmmmmmm that would not be the case.
I pay you 1.3 you put into Escrow for the remainder of the amoutn say 3.7mil i pick up in a few days i have the money. Gives me something to work towards.
Have you got one for me, "no?", shut up then and let someone else sell me one.

Um, from what I've read, he wants to pay 1.3m now, and in a few days pick it up on escrow for the remainder. The only scam I see is someone agreeing to his terms. Jake, hold on to your isk for now, when you have them, you should be able to pick-up an occular implant for around 4.5m. :-)
