Ok, so I see the new patch is now going to be on Weds instead of today. Yet the server is still down 45 minutes after it was supposed to be up (on Tuesday). I don't see anyone commenting on this so is it just not working for me?
Any help here would be appreciated, thanks....

Tranquility is currently down for daily downtime. Every day between 1100-1200 GMT.

Umm it's currently 11.47 EVE time, not 12.47.
EDIT: Noooo, beaten by a dev!

Hey as long as we're on that subject does EVE observe summer time or no? If so, when does the changeover happen?

No, it does not.
Summer is concept not well understood in Iceland, and they certainly have no intention of changing their clocks for the 3 or 4 days on which it may occur.

no eve time is the same as UTC it never moves - everyone else does

To observe summer in an internet spaceships game, I find flying close to a star helps
