Okay so this is my story, my first 'real' pirate engagement and I loved it, even if it did end in the resulting loss of my cruiser...
It was like any other evening, warping through the belts in my preferred pocket of lowsec, looking for something to finally be there, and after a week or so of getting nothing apart from the occasional frigate I've got to say my hopes weren't particularly high, but I'd gotten used to the monotonous style of warping in, finding nothing, and moving on. So I had to say this was a nice surprise. I was furiously double checking my scanner to make sure my eyes weren't decieveing me, a harbinger, surely not. But It was true, there it was, on 5 degree scan to a belt... The adrenaline started to flow as I reached for the warp button, my heart pounding in my ears I was obviously nervous and excited all at the same time, I mean a battlecruiser, could I really take it? I asked in some channels about my chances and although I was quitely confident people didn't seem to share the same opinion - It was too late for that though, I was in warp.
I dropped out of warp 30km from him, 'bugger' I thought to myself... I only have a t1 scram so I had to burn 10km towards him, surely he would warp off now knowing the danger he was about to be in, but no, what's this... he's mining, and doesn't look like he's going to budge! I chuckle as I began to burn towards him, left it to the last second to lock him, I wasn't going to spook him too soon...
I soon cruise into optimal, scrambled, webbed, and he's going down. His shield melts like a block of ice on a warm day, it was satisfying to know my guns were doing that damage too him. He was a sitting duck and there was nothing he could do about it. But then I hit armor, and it seems this guy was plated, this was taking longer than I would hope, but luckily still no resistance from him, It'll be alright I thought to myself, obviously ignoring the sudden spike in local attendance... finally it was looking like I was going to win... he was deep into armor now, approaching the fated structure, bleeding over into it and occasionally being saved by a lucky rep, surely it was in the bag for me now... but then all of a sudden my mom got scared she said 'You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel Air' I whistled for a cab and when it came near the license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror if anything I can say this cab is rare but I thought 'Now forget it' - 'Yo homes to Bel Air'...

Umm, what? Why would a Harb NOT be armor tanked? That's what I fly, and I can tell you, she is HEAVILY armor tanked.
