T1 ship resistances lowered, affecting T2 counterparts. Shield Explosive and Armor EM base reduced by 10%. If that's not a nerf, I don't know what is. It doesn't really boost Amarr since many T2 ships base resists on EM and Thermal are still very high. Now, all the pilots will do is refit with EANM II's to get pretty much the same resists as before.
Adding an extra turret slot to the Omen and Zealot is great but it didn't have the PG to fit all the weapons slots before the patch. Now, it's just two weapons they can't use instead of one. You can't really put T2 weapons on an Omen because they are just too hungry on PG. Even the Zealot had problems fitting a full rack of T2 energy weapons. I have flown both and have used neither since testing them out. I guess math is not CCP's strong point.
Someone please read the line in the blog for the Jump Freighters. I'll give CCP a few reasons as to why players don't fly them. [Reason 1] No slots or built in shield boosters means a big fat target with no defence. This means they pop in no time which, in turn, means attackers have destroyed their primary and can then lose thier ships to the enemy defenders knowing they have done max damage. [Reason 2] Insurance - Enough said. [Reason 3] Dreads/Carriers are less likely to be attacked. [Reason 4] They cost twice as much as a dread or carrier for a unarmed/undefended ship.
This also applies to a basic Freighter as well. The only difference is that you can't use a Dread/Carrier in highsec instead.

I have no problems at all to fit a full t2 rack with mwd and a armor rep on the zealot. Also i just tried to fit an omen and it works also without a problem. No clue what you are talking about. Those changes are great. You have just weak skills.
Whining is so much easier than to adapt. --

Please tell me your setup, because I have tried to fit a decent setup on a zealot with 5 turrets and to be fair its almost impossible.

I can get 5 t2 heavy lazers, mwd, and have a choice between a cap booster or medium armor rep without grid fittings on the Zealot with my amarr char. I can deal with that and it will probably replace the nano-sac as my fav amarr ship.
I have to agree about the armor resistances getting nerfed. It boosts amarr a bit. It does more to boost EMP ammo though as if it already wasn't the best ammo in game. It is almost as if 3 of the top 5 damage dealers on most KM's wasn't 3 Vagabonds with a huginn tagging along and the random Ishtar/Cerb/Deimos thrown in for comedy. It even helps out half the missiles so missile spec characters got a boost too.
If you boost all weapon types except for one then it becomes a defacto nerf for Hybrid weapons. I hate forums

Will try this setup but lost it on the MAR and HS although I understand the rest. My skills are now better than they were but still I'm skeptical about this.
