On my Curse, I have always simply used 3tracking disruptors. (Scared of getting hit) Now, with this new change, would it make more sense to be fitting 2? One with a optimal range disruptor, and one with a tracking speed disruptor? What do you guys think? ------------------------------------------

Its best to train for sacrilege instead of trying to fit the curse. -------------------------------------- [Video]Skirmish Warfare |

I think that if you want both effects, you're better off running the two TDs without scripts. Using opposite scripts results in slightly lower percentages, due to some stacking issues. If I recall correctly -- test with a corpmate to be sure. :)
Curse is a nice ship. Takes a lot of skill to fly nowadays, but it's quite impressive what good pilots can do. I'm still only practicing

I was told they stack more if you simply have two unscripted disruptors and its better to have opposite scripts in each of the disruptors since they don't stack since they are different.
Ofcourse that is what i was told so i ain't 100% sure.

Yeah, on second thought that would make more sense. Hmm, will have to test.

The OP is clearly asked for Curse fitting help. Not Sacrilege. Not sure if you actually noticed that, or just trying to increase your post count. |

Scripts you load totally depends on what youre fighting. If youre fighting a zealot or harbinger id put in dual opti range. If zealot still hits you (wich means he has range mods) you switch to dual tracking. Against ACs dual range. When I come to think of it, dual range disrupt is pretty sweet in most cases. -------------------------------------- [Video]Skirmish Warfare |

People in glass houses...
At the OP: It all depends on what you're fighting doesn't it. How many ships? What size guns? At what speeds and orbits? Etc.

My apologies for the bit off topic comment.. but do you have an opinion on what makes a good curse pilot? I'm getting one soon and really any tips would be helpful.

Wait a minute...you can use the TD without having a script loaded?!? I thought you HAD to have a script in there in order to activate it? Hmm, interesting.
Anyway, I'll mostly be fighting BS sized ships (lot of Mega's). I'm thinking I need to try this dual optimal range disruption against BC and smaller, but wouldn't tracking speed hurt BS sized guns more? ------------------------------------------

Basically, if you're at a distance where fitting range scripts would knock his maximum range down enough to not be able to hit you or your friends, do that.
If not, fit tracking speed scripts.
