Okay,I am a pretty new player but I have played WOW, EQII, etc, so I do have some experience with MMOs. I have read many posts on these forums comlaining about this and all previous patches.
This post is different. I actually want to thank CCP for the hard work they put into the game. Not only is the game engrossing and very deep, but its also a lot of fun (experience grinding in other MMOs is like a full time job). Not only have you guys done a great job with the game, the expansions are free. Not many other top flight MMOs can say that.
So keep up the great job. There are actually players who appreciate what you guys do for us.
P.S. I am a network and server administrator. Each time something happens at work to any of our systems, my department and I get the same type of whining and complaining as you guys get over here; so maybe I am a bit more sympathetic than most. |

Agreed. Just because 99% of the stuff on the forums are whine doesn't mean there aren't people who appreciate all the hard work you put in.

Being involved in software engineering makes me a bit of a hypocrite for getting ****ed at CCP for screwing up patches. I've done the same.

Good topic for a change. Nice to see this sort of thing. I also have to agree, good work and keep it coming CCP.
