As for the delays, you can test a program for weeks and even months if the program is particularly complex and still not find ALL the problems prior to going live. Life's hard, get a helmet!

How about we poke fun at good ol' Bush. That sounds like more fun that giving CCP a hard time for trying to make sure EVE runs smoothly.
