Been waiting for allmost 4 months for a reply and havent got any what so ever even when i have mailed i got nothing.
DonŠt think itŠs the idea to wait years for a damn logo submission.

Ours was added this patch, it's very sexy too. I think it only took about 6 months too.

Ours was sent in 30/12/2007 and it is still pending CCP response. I know it can take a while. From the people I have talked to, seem it is about 4-6 months, depending on when the patch is that your logo makes it in to.

You're obviously crap at reading since if you'd actually read and the followed the procedure correctly you'd know who at CCP (Hint: T20) you have to mail...
His E-mail address is also listed in the process (Hint: Vincent), though as has already been mentioned by someone else earlier in this thread - CCP have stated there won't be new logos until the next new content patch, which remains unscheduled to public knowledge.
It is simple, straight forward process and T20 was very helpful and speedy with our logo.
