Is anyone else experiencing an issue where the game does not shut down gracefully since the last patch?
When selecting "Quit Game" from the escape menu, the game starts to shut down, but then terminates "unexpectedly" before completly exiting.
This has only started happening since the last patch.

It starts to quit then hammers the disks for around 5-10 seconds, then I get the normal windows error box pop up. The details in the error box are different each time - sometimes exefile.exe, sometimes python.dll.
(XPSP2 in windowed mode 1920x1200, 8800GTS, no HDR, AA forced on)

I got this too, i'm on Xp SP2,8800gts 512.. was ok before the patch

hmm, im unable to repro it at work, but i run the classic client here, just for changing skills.
oddly enough, I HAVE seen this multiple times PRIOR to trinity 1.0. The original Trinity patch cleaned this up for me, would be sad to have it come back yet again.
As long as it only happens at quitting time, hopefully not too much reason to worry.

So far to summarise - It looks like its an issue on Windows XP SP2 and Windows Vista in combination with the GT/x series (old and new) of Nvidia cards. |

It does it on my desktop, but not on my laptop.
Desktop - AMD 4800 Nvidia 6800 WinXP SP2
Laptop - ThinkPad R40
Never had any problems prior to 1.1 patch

not realy...
i have xp-sp2 and an ati-card (radeon hd3850)...
im also have this problem sometimes...

For me EVE can crash even when starting client. and to fix that I need to clear cache

Yeah it's not quitting gracefully for me sometimes too. I think it's related to Alt-Tab too, I think I tend to get those 2 issues around the same time...
