my raven skills wer nuff for any levl 4 bevore patch but somehow now my tank sux they eat aweay my shilds like hell.
bevore i fittet 1 xl booster 1 sba 3x rat specific 1 capre II
witht that i holded out evrything now cant even tank some stupid sanshas
any suggests what to change?

I'd drop the cap rech II, replace it with a fourth hardener, and find a way to add a Damage Control in your lows ... and of course, research to mission to tailor your four hardeners against the damage dealt by your opponents.
You lost 10% on Explosive Resistance, that should not be enough to kill your setup ... so I think that your initial setup was not really good, barely able to tank the missions, and that that little change was enough to break it ...

Well considering Sansha's primary damage is EM, you know your shields weakest resistance, I'd have to say harden your EM tank a bit more.
What I'd go for is the standard cruise in highs, 1 XL SB II, 1 Boost Amp II, 4 rat specific hardeners in the mids and 2x PDU II, 2x BCU II and a DCU II in the lows. Rigs would be CCC's. Only turn the booster on to keep yourself in your peak recharge range, turn it off when you get back to 60% shields or so.
