The way I last understood it, when you join a corporation, your standings with npc's do not affect the corporation standing unless you do a mission that conflicts with the positive or negative corporation standing with another npc. Is this correct?

Your PC corp's standing is averaged among unmodified standings of all members who have non-zero standing. As soon as you do one mission, you'll start to affect your PC corp's standing.
NPC agent completely doesn't care your PC corp's standings when handing out missions. It's just you and them.

So if I am in a corp with 15 people and I am the only person doing missions, and no one else has sone any then the corp standings are the same as my standings? . Commander of Field Operations |

I'm nor sure i understand this correctly.
"Your PC corp's standing is averaged among unmodified standings of all members who have non-zero standing." What's PC mean exactly ? personnal ???
if so... my NPC corp standing will be "put in the pot" with all non-zero standing corp members to be averaged among us all ? mean ill lost all the hard f*****g work ive done building this up (take a look ) ??? -------------------------------------

PC = Player Character, IE you. NPC - Non-Player Character

No, the player corp's standing is made up of its members' standing. Your personal standing is unaffected.
Player corp to NPC corp standing only affects availability of jump clones. For anything else (broker fees, refining tax, agent availability), your personal standing is used instead.

Corp standings absolutely matter. If your corp standing is higher than your personal standing than it is what is used to determine agent availability and effective standing until such a time as your standing surpasses the corp standing.

Standings between player corps and NPC's have no effect on agent availablity.
The only way to gain access to agents is to raise your personal standings with that relevant faction, corp or agent.
Player Corp standings only provide access to Jump Clones in the case of corp standings and POS's in the case of faction standings.
