I'm a few days away from starting into L4 missions and I have a question on missiles... I will be using T2 Heavy Launchers and I want to know whats better.. Caldari Navy missiles or the Advanced Heavy missiles? If I'm reading the stats right the Caldari missiles are faster and have longer fight times with the Fury versions barely beating them in damage.
Am I correct in saying that the faction ones will be better? (I still plan on training up the skills since they boost damage)

Currently the only reason to use T2 in missions would be Javelin torps. For everything else, faction seems to be better.

High precision missiles have their uses, because of the better explosion and/or velocity but high damage variants are at the moment outpermormed by faction ammo.
BTW: I have doubts if lvl4 in a drake can be profitable in comparission with drake in lvl3. If you are considering that I think you are not far from the Raven SPwise.

Regular T1 ammo should work just fine for L4s, just make sure you have at least one, preferably two BCSs fited, preferably T2 (might have a bit of issue with CPU fitings, but you'll manage).
Only use T2 fury ammo if you're really, really strapped for cash, and only on the large targets that like to get close (their range is significantly lower than that of the T1 ammo)... in all other situations, you're much better off using faction (CN) ammo whenever not using the vanilla T1.

Faction ammo or T1 works fine for lvl IV's.
I think youy might have a problem using Heavy Misiles in some lvl IV's as there can be a lot of BS's to fight and heavies might not work.
As has been said above maybe look at a Raven, they cost more but with a good tank and T2 mods it'll do a lot lot better than a drake.
