Why would you get Research Project Management to Level 5, and have all the other skills so high, but leave Negotiation at level 1??
How many RP/day does he generate at the moment?

Also, could you post regarding the following:
# Are you paying the transfer fee?
# Whether or not the character being sold has a negative balance in its wallet and the amount?
# Which character that will be receiving the isk?
# Also, you should state that the character will be in a starting (NPC) corp prior to the transfer

thats ok, will be at my friends house but he has internet so it will be smooth ;). Just found out that you also get 15mill trit, 6500 zyd, and 3500megacyte, and a retriever aswell. But its in 0.0 =p.
