After a while not having much time I want to ask for some testing and feedback of a part of my current project (Linkage). A part of the server is feature complete and quite useful even without the client. So I would be pleased if someone, who has a linuxbox, could test it and provide me some feedback :).

Today i'm pleased to be able to make a small preview of the opengl client available.
screenshot / win32 build
Use F11 for showing statistics, F12 for toggling fullscreen and ESC for exiting the application.
The left mouse button is used for selecting a system, you can zoom as usual with the mouse wheel and drag the map with the right mouse button. Press your middle mouse button for resetting the mapdisplay.
At the moment there is not much to see yet except some stats for the selected system. The "connect" entry in the menubar is useless at the moment as well. Sorry no linux builds yet, i broke my box recently =D

Looking good, I really like it. The transition between windowed mode and fullscreen is astonishingly smooth, I was really amazed about that 
But the right mouse button for navigation on the map does not work that well, its not really a "dragging", cant really navigate with that.

yer, it's more like starting an translation animation, actually i like it :D, the wider you move the mouse from the point where you clicked the right mouse button the faster the map will move.

I love you Sothis...
Keep up the good work, and let me know the minute this is ready for full testing for planning of PvP Ops, Campaigns, Browsing Sov, or Reference, etc.
I look forward to enjoying this when its finished as a permanent app I have open on the second monitor while playing Eve.
