First movie outside the corp? Weren't you (as in DC) the one who complained about someone re-using your music in a EVE movie?

Here's my rundown:
1) The movie isn't very interesting. i.e. seen it all before *yawn*
2) What the hell is going on? Just a load of ships blowing up. Those ships are yours? Your enemies? There's no real point to this movie other than just show how ships explode, which everyone has seen before a million times. If your intention was to recruit nubs because they just mine all day and never get to see ships explode and make them think *cool* and join your corp, they have all probably seen all the other movies already and joined those corps.
3) Not gonna comment on the music because i'm sure some people enjoyed it, though I thought it was unimaginative.
4) Wasn't gonna say this but.. some of the footage LOOKS like it was done on Chaos, not saying it was, but it may have been.
5) You've mixed alot of different varying clips. Some were faster than others, some were lower/higher quality visual with different resolutions, basically the movie didn't flow, imo.
Sorry but I always brutally criticize media in general. Hope you take this as constructive

quality was ok, but weve seen it all before, and if you dont star in these types of video, it holds very little interest.
knowing who and why they are being attacked would help

this is not a recruitment video, nor is it an epic story.. i just did it to test out some new software and its editing capabilities
its more or less a music video
i got 3gb of mining fraps, surely you dare not provoke me into using that next time
the people dying are obviously not us, as can be read from my caption in the first post.. and there is a "storyline" to speak of, but i cut out all the parts which had the UI toggled on because there is not enough time in the song to do anything with it
as for the fast/slow footage, thats just done to make it flow with the song more
there are two clips, namely the megathron vs npc and the first gang warp that are at a lower quality.. i forgot i had recorded those in full screen and for some reason it chooses to record at half size all the time, i didn't realize this slight difference until i encoded the final movie because the whole time i was making it i only had a small preview screen to work with.. if it bothers you then i'm sorry
again the point isnt to convey some deep spiritual message or compelling and emotional story.. this isn't the oscars and i'm not speilberg, its just eye candy thrown together with some interesting music (for those that know me i mainly go for techno or instrumental so this is a big difference from my norm)
but point taken, next time i do a similar test and decide to share it i'll put a disclaimer: "MAY NOT BE SUITED FOR THOSE EASILY OFFENDED BY HIGH ACTION CUTSCENES AND GRAPHICAL REPRESENATION OF VIOLENCE"

(and ine -> eni + "õr" (¿+a or alt+132 for õ) after "jag" if you mean the sentence your asked about in help channel a hundred years ago or something like that...)
Oh, almost forgot to keep it at least a little on subject...
I've seen the movie. I'm not 100% sure whether I liked it or not, since I also downloaded 10 other movies at the same time and I don't remember which one it was, but I think I liked it

Oh man, even though it's a "standard" vid I really enjoyed it!
Liked the "group of BS's"-screen there but the camera work could use some improvment.
Very good choice of music but could have been synced with certain screen
happenings a bit better, but thats for next time.
As of now, be proud you've done a good job!
But...what in gods name was that awful skin on the Thorax, did it come
between a drunken star that hurled all over it or what?! It deserved getting blown up!
