Zifrian Gallente Federal Bank Interstellar Corporate Alliance	Posted - 2008.03.17 20:32:00 - [1] I'm sort of a skills junky, I just want to be able to do everything I guess. Anyway, while looking up some skills, I notice many are not sold at university stations or whatnot. For example, Gallente Encryption Methods. Well, I did a bit of poking around and found that these are sold on the market and you can get them from the Gallente hacking complex (which I did). I've found others on LP stores, such as small railgun spec and various connections books. However, what I'm having an issue with is all these skills in my character screen (when turn on show all skills) such as Duplicating and Reverse Engineering or DED Connections. They don't exist anywhere that I've tried looking for them, nor are they in any contracts except for the rare "Want to buy" types. In EVEMon, some are listed as non public and some are just listed yet are not in game (DEC Connections for example). My question is, does anyone have a list of skills and their locations? Perhaps a list of just non-public skills? Some skills look very interesting and can be used within the game already but others (like duplicating) seem to be a left out feature or a soon to be implemented feature. Anyway, any info would be helpful. Thanks

Scel Eratus Federal Navy Academy	Posted - 2008.03.18 15:16:00 - [4] There is a thread on this everyday. Those skill books, along with +7 implants, are not in the game. You can't buy them, you can't find them. Uncheck the "Show Non-Public Skills" box in Evemon to save yourself from any further confusion.

Salvage Drone Operation Mobile Factory Operation Mobile Refinery Operation Astronautic Engineering The above skills are not implemented and give no bonus's, they are simply expensive collectors items. All other non-public skills are un-obtainable.

All other non-public skills are un-obtainable. I have the Mobile Factory/ Refinery Op skillbooks, got them almost for free almost 3 years back (when i started playing). Dunno about their price, but even if it was 1bill i'd keep them like other unique stuff i got in my hangars. ---------------------------------------------- Some people say you should fight fire with fire...
