I have recently put a load of ice in the intensive refinery array at my pos.
I dont know what has happened really, i filled it with dark glitter, let it run, i have come back to it now.
I came back, and it appears finished, so it should have my ice products in it.... but no its empty, when I try to put ice in it to refine more it says it is active and I cant put stuff in it.
I have petitioned this already twice and it has been moved to "Player Owned Structures" once.. However this is stopping me from advancing in EVE and thus all my character subscriptions are useless.
I even got told off this time for complaining! I mean what the hell is that? I pay you for this game and you tell me off? That is totally NOT the way to talk to your customers :/
I am actually appalled at the quality of service I am recieving from the support team. It shouldn't take 3 weeks upwards to respond to petitions on such a simple topic. THis could likely be resolved in about 5 minutes by a GM instead of me waiting in a petition section that doesnt even have any staff!
So.. CCP please fix this issue for me, please hire support staff, please assign them to all the sections you have, or cut down the sections so you can staff them better. Thank you.

Perhaps the Devs have switched to helping the Goons on their quest to limit ice product availability.

I don't really know what the problem could be with GMs here. All they have to do is look at the state of the structure and where the stuff went.

Seems they are aware of the problem. It will need a patch to fix it seems.

They are just "customer support" people. Don't expect too much and you may get pleasantly surprised. Expect much and you'd be routinely disappointed. 
Read the other thread on a workaround for this bug.

Customer support for something you pay for should be fast and efficient. It gives CCP a terribly bad name if they can't deal with it. All companies wishing to have a decent reputation would put their paying customers first and customer support should be of highest priority. Its a basic rule of business. If you ignore the clients, they get disheartened and leave. Everyone is just too easy on them, they get slack, take a few months to reply and no one leaves because they are addicted, so eventually they have 3GMs for the whole game and it becomes one big mess of petitions they couldnt get themselves out of with a petition hoover.

I expect good things because I pay them nearly $75 a month for my chars. I'm sure lots of people pay similarly. My clients pay me $5 a month and they get treated one hell of a lot better than I do here. VERY dissapointing.
PS: I read the other post, seems like a bad problem and the workaround sucks even more, but I guess I will have to sit at the pos for a few days, doing nothing else, waasting my time.
