Ok i was just wondering what the source code modification limits in terms of server sync was...like changing the interface or adding colorations that were easier to see. And not to mention fixing stability with graphic and openGL conversion

ya its easy u just get to the script or file and open it with python...and yes its what i am talking about :) i just really want to help ccp with stability and graphics problems, and when you say how if ur a Linux user u should already know how. When you have a file or program on a Linux computer wither you buy it or not the souce code must be provided its just the fact that where it is is up to the developer

Utter nonsense. I'm not even sure I understand the last part of that paragraph, but I assure you that you have no obligation whatsoever to provide source for your programs.
IF your program is derived of another's source code, and the latter's license obligates you to release source when you release the binary, the yes. But just because you write a program under linux you are not obligated to provide source code.
And yea, I'd love to see ccp release some sdk for the gui. Even better if it supports some sort of network communication so that we could create information windows like multiple overview views or button presets on another computer.
Unfortunately it's one of the things that won't happen who knows why.
