As I am from a particularly small corp I have no need for an office and factory in a highway system.
Auction details:
Winner will recieve, with transfer from this character:
1x Corporation Office
2x Factory Slots
(also has reprocessing available)
Both in the New Caldari system (one jump from Yulai) - Matias Kaalkoita (sp?) Station
UPDATE
As per the post below, I have changed the auction end to this evening at 23:00 Eve-time.
Bids will be accepted from this thread only to avoid any accusations of price gouging by myself. The auction will end on Monday, April 19th at 23:00 gametime (this has been changed). Please do not snipe, be nice to your fellow eve-mates.
Auction will start at 10 million. Please bid in Million+ increments only, none of that .01 isk stuff.

Last night I recieved an eve-mail stating that I had not used my factory, so it had been unrented. Luckily I caught it before someone else got it, but I don't want to take the time to ensure it doesn't happen to me again. Because of this I will be ending the auction prematurely tonight at 23:00 Eve-time.
There are still two factories with this auction as I rented one again before someone else rented it.

Transfer of office + factories went perfect. I transferred office and factories first on trust. I recieved isk without a problem. Michel is a very trustworthy person.
Just thought I'd throw that out there for all to read.
