Posted - 2008.03.20 19:21:00 - [1] (I know this is sorta cross posting but I'm hoping that we might get some leeway on this) It appears that many stories start in this section and it could be that people here don't get over to EVE General Discussion. And I wanted the new people who would come to General Discussion section be able to read some cool stories about eve. So if you could... go to the link below and post your story or link there. SkyFlyer	Posted - 2008.03.22 01:15:00 - [3] I got a funny PvP Story i got into a few Days back. Me and my lil M8 (Snijder) were chasing a Pure Scimitar a few Systems. I was in a Nighthawk and my m8 was in a Hurricane. We chased hima few Jumps then i jumped after him to F9-FUV and ofcourse like i thought he had friends there.There was a Pilgrim,an Ishtar,an Arazu,a Rapier and then Scimitar ofcourse so i scream on went ta my m8 'Do NOT jump in' because i knew his Hurricane wouldnt survive this and yes i kept calm and re-approached the gate ofcourse im instand Dual Webbed and Scrammed so i think now 'this is it im gonna die'. The Ishtar had T2 Ogre's [OUCH] and the other ships had all T2 Medium Drones and some Ship had T2 Small once. Since im webb'd down to 5.8 m/s and then I realized im damped to 20km Locking Range that meant im only able to shoot the Drones to reduce the DPS of them. Anyway after about 5 mins of Drone Killing i saw that the Pilgrim was orbiting me at 19km wihtout mwd on so i lock the Pilgrim and hit him with 2 Volley's.He warps out with half Armor forgetting his drones meaning less DPS . Anyway after 21 Minutes tanking all of them and killing about 4x Ogre II's and about 10 T2 Med Drones and few Small i got back to the Gate and Yes my Passive Nighthawk Tank was holding at 55% Shield and talking to the Pure Guys who seem ta be very very Surprised dat i tanked them all i jumped out then realizing my m8 had gotten backup and they sat there for about 15 minutes waiting for me i was kinda angry coz like they had about outnumbered them. Anyway if the Pure Guys read this im thanking yous again for this perfect Tank Testing allthough i didnt think i would be able ta Tank them all. So it took me 21 Minutes to get back to the gate and my shield never went under 50% and my m8s just sat there on other side is bit sad but every story has to have a bad part lol. [If you got intrest what i run on my nighthawk just convo me ]

Jimmie Zissou	Posted - 2008.03.22 02:19:00 - [7] I just finished training for a warp scram and web yesterday. late yesterday, I being bored, flew back to my stating npc station and warped to a crazy busy belt all the corp noobs were mining in. Dropped 1 unit of projectile ammo in a can and named it "you" target locked 2 miners and the cargo can then scramed the can! Next thing I know at least 3 miners open fire on me and Concord warps in to clean house. HeHeHe!!! later someone told me in local I was going to be reported so I quickly apologized and ran far far way :)

Problem came when I woke up with a jolt and promptly knocked myself out again. My cousin didn't worry though, as apparently he saw my thumb twitch, so assumed I was OK.... Apparently...

Also another method, just walk up the stairs, turn around and speak to somebody while walking up stairs, lift you leg to step up but kind of too low to reach the step.. and pivot head first to the 4th/5th step in front of you. 490 MILL ISK JACKPOT WIN A ROKH BPO

Posted - 2008.03.23 19:51:00 - [18] funny things happen to me all the time while i sec grind in 0,0 :) notoriety alliance puts up gate camps and hunts me on a daily basis, my myrmidon have dodged heavy interdictors and anything from 1-5 man gate camps quite a lot now. my luck should run out soon :p a notable related story is how a notoriety called me a coward for running away from his vagabond, in my myrmidon while he had an ishtar as backup warping in. apparently i was not only too old to use wcs, i should also stop using them "because it is 0,0" as he said, with no further explanation. one day later, i bought more wcs from his sales order at what seemed to be one of his alliance's main systems :) when i suspect there's a gate camp, I bet with my corpies before jumping. they never take the bet though, because notoriety is always there
