General Windypops should not be elected. He has continually and repeatedly disrespected others and has shown clear favoritism to Gallente on issues of importance. Also, his corp is a bunch of terrorist sympathizers and he is a communist and is against isk. He is also a CAOD alt and that makes him incapable of pvp.
Windypops = Gallente terrorism, communism, anti-pvp and defeat.

Well, the only way to take away votes from a candidate is to vote for a better candidate. So who is the better candidate? Only person I've actually seen 'campaigning' for votes is Windypops. That said, I've no intention of voting for him, as I expect other more eligible candidates to show up sometime soon.
