I know I have a lot of servicesà but why not another?
I am offering the build services of my alt Kat VonHeise to build your Rhea jump freighter for a low cost if you provide all the parts. She can build it directly from your BPC with your provided componentes or she can even build the capital ship components for you if you bring to her the complex materials.

Can you build components for any other jump freighters such as the anshar? For example, lets say i had the researched component blueprints and materials to build them. Do you offer the service/have the skills to build any of them?

I can build from any of the Capital BPO's listed above. It would take me two weeks to buy and research any other BPP's not listed to about an ME25.

It's the BPC and components that cost so adding your charge is not really going to tempt many I would think bud.

IMO its a great deal.
An ME -2 Rhea costs 3.9-4.0bn to build counting everything that goes in.
So if you simply bring the adv mat'l and have him build everything it would run you 4.2-4.3bn which is a couple hundred mil under market.
Not to mention that it is a 3 week process to build from the components bpos up through the ship itself... And you need 5 rank 5 specialty science skills to level 4 to build components, plus Cap Construction 4....it's no "let me grab a bpc" ship to build.
