Been wondering about a good level 3 cyclone set up. If a few people could thow some on that would be great. Cheers

Off the top of my head:
5x 720mm 3x Heavy Missile
1x Medium SB 1x Boost amp 2x Mission-specific Hards 1x Cap Rechrg (maybe web? I forget)
2x PDS 2x Gyro
Named/T2/faction as skills/wallet allow.
If this isn't what I used to use, it's something along those lines. Having trouble remembering exactly. Doublecheck the setups index or run it through EFT to make sure everything fits. Don't forget those drones to take care of orbiting frigates, and to fit your launchers with mission-specific damage.

I have a similar build:
5x 720mm scout art 3x Malkuth Heavy Missile
1x Medium Shield booster 1x Boost amp 1x Invulnerability Field 1x cap recharger 1x of what ever i need (wb, another cap recharger, hardener)
1x Damage control 2x PDS 1x shield flux coil
With Invul field up and dmg control, all resists are above 50 (with em near that) and you will regen more power than you use.

Mid 1x Y-S8 Hydrocarbon AB 1x F-90 Positional Sensor Subroutines (Range) 1x Medium Shield Booster II 1x Heat Dissipation Amp I 1x Magnetic Scattering Amp I
Low 1x BCU II 1x Gyro II 1x Tracking Enhancer II 1x whatever suits your taste (I put in a nanofiber because being slow ****es me off)
Drones 3x Hammer II 2x Hob II
Rig 1x Drone Control Range Aug I 2x whatever fancies you, mine are empty
I've set holding range at 50 km, since for me it's just a bit below optimal+falloff and nothing really hurts you above 45 km in L3s anyway; you may kite anything threatening with the AB running, and the lazy omni tank is really just for situations where you warp in a bit too close and take some nominal damage before being able to dictate range
switch the proton/nuclear pieces as mission sees fit, proton gets me 36+20 at the moment and nuclear gets me 42+20; the heavies go out to approx. 62 km and drones with rig go out to 69 km (my ewar drone skill is only III, otherwise it'd be the full 75)
sensor boosting with a ranged script gets me 83 km targeting
your mileage may vary depending on your current skill distribution, I suggest putting it into EFT and see how it comes up for you... most of my skills are at 3, so these numbers aren't even close to squeezing the most you can get out of this setup
note that the above setup can be used to do some of the easier L4s too, albeit sluggishly due to the significantly increased amount of hp your targets have

all these arty setups...
try this out if you're more of an AC leaning.
5x 220mm AC 1 heavy assault launcher (a heavy launcher might well work better) 2 med nos
1 large booster 1 shield boost amp 1 10mn ab 2 invul fields/specific hardeners
1 damage control 2 gyros 1 cap power relay
worked for me so far... even managed to go solo thru the first couple of rooms of vengeance (lvl 4)

Obviously what you cant t2 fit t1 or best named you can afford. Use the drones / missles for the frigs and fast movers, the arty for anything static and the booster will run forever. By the time they get through your shield buffer to an appreciable level all the damage dealers will be toast. Should breeze through them.
