Hello everybody once again I am Xdriver, I have doing a Rokh BPO Lottery right now, and I have encountered the problem with players wanting to participate but not being able to buy the tickets for different reasons. So I have decided to make a smaller lottery so that everybody who wants to participate will have a chance to do so, but this time the prize won't be an item, it will be ISK!
 There is only going to be one winner. I take 20 Million ISK from this lottery for my organization work.
So this is how its going to be done:
 The winning prize is going to be 470,000,000.00 ISK (470 Million ISK)
49 tickets avialible at 10 million isk per ticket
I am using the tried and tested method of the uk national lottery bonus ball
A maximum of 10 tickets per person to keep the lottery as fair as possible
The drawing will take place as soon as all the tickets have been bought and the isk is confirmed in my account.
If the tickets havnt been sold by 2 weeks from when this is posted then all the ticket money shall be refunded.
The winner will receive the winning ISK immediately after the drawing, within 24 hours.
 People interested in buying a ticket must send the isk along with a small description of what the isk is for to this character and I will update the tickets. You must also request the number you want when you send your isk. Failing that i will assign a random number to you.

490 million isk... can I bet that targie Mcred, or another one of your alliance members / alts wins?
Seeing as you have a couple of billion isk worth of POS & Research to make up for now that the POS in parchanier had a rather unfortunate incident, it would seem a scam is needed now more than ever.

Im sorry, you are wrong here.. this is not a scam, and I do not know anything about what happened with some POS..
