My credentials - i'm a crazy bastard who has never been in a nullsec corp yet i often terriorize them with cloakies in thier Nidhogger ratting systems, i dropped SBU's with a Bestower against Test Alliance ( they onlined them after blowing me up - who knows hows Test works), i have attacked xDeathx and reported a RMT operation near thier territory that had all the documented characters i reported offlined the next day and generally i have tried to follow the political scene in null from reports in Kugutsume and EN24.
IMO the Goon bashing of late made me think of something - the uneasy feeling one gets when meeting some one and realizing just how alike that person is to oneself.
Lets look at a few dirty aspects of the null alliances - the major players operate on the same principles, spies are subsidized accounts and ongoing projects, internal RMTing is real and happens and grunt membership of alliances has little input or control over the philosophies or direction of thier play.
We could discuss those points but that's not what i'd like you to think of, what i would like to put out there is a simple question.
How many people do you think want to play in a situation like that ?
You guys will stagnate with that kind of a situation or have to rely on a turn over of cheap new players. Or just pray new players don't have time to figure out whats going on.
So from the outside it just looks like the same kind of monkeys slinging ***** at each other when the null alliances rag on each other.

So what do we do then? continue bashing goons and other big alliances or not continue to bash goons and other big allainces?
You made them sound ******, yet not suppose to bash on them.
I would think you were a goon, but you didnt insult the players, only big allainces. Not very much a goon then.

It was Goons before BoB. Hell...it has ALWAYS been Goons in one form or another. I remember back when they were in the south and I lived in Providence...hated them for what they are then and hate them for what they are now. Nothing has changed.
They are more than free to play the game how they want and act how they want. I respect that...doesn't mean I have to like it.

Forum "poasting" is not enough.
This man speaks truth, and there are many unaligned candidates to choose from. Also, every person reading this should apply to a Raiden. corp (I recommend Finfleet), or have your corp apply to join Raiden.. But don't just hit the apply button. Convo their CEOs in game, send evemail, be persistent. Treat it like a job application. They are elite, and they want to see if you can truly make the effort.
