You probably aren't using the new T2 mods, they kick it up. If you update your EFT and throw Skirmish Warfare Link - Interdiction Maneuvers II on with a mindlink and all V's it comes to +52.73% which is what my other loki alt gets currently. This guy has more training to do before he gets there, but isn't that far away.

Getting Cybernetics 5 is the main one for the mindlink, which isn't that big a deal. Even before he trains those skills to 5 you're still getting a v.good bonus, plus leadership pilots are one of the best isk for sp sellers. I've been buying and selling chars since it was allowed and I'm pretty sure he'll get close to what he wants. Free bump.
