It's what made BOB who they are and it's also the reason of why they're the best, it's a mix of a lot of experienced players in the same side.

Both of which completely rubbish your statement that we don't "do" selection. We're certainly different, though, we've only got stronger and had more fun. That's only if you assume the joining corp doesn't have a strict "only recruit worthwile players" policy. And considering FinFleet were deemed good enough to join BoB you would assume that basic things such as "only recruit worthwhile players" was already in place.

OK, yes, I did misunderstand you. What you meant was actually worse :p SNRA was dealt with as best we could - looking back we'd probably do things a bit different if we were to do it again. FINFL, however, really do not belong as an example to prove your point because they came as the whole package, both in terms of standards and dedication.
