hi,am currently looking for a new corp ,either low sec or 0.0 and have seen mention of corps offering RvB.what does this mean?

Red vs Blue is two highsec corps that are always at war with each other. You can come and go as you please.

Actually, its two alliances to be more exact.
These two alliances offer an permanent empire based war between each other, where the war has no direct political or economical foundation, its just for the fun of blowing each other up.
You can join and leave at your own free will and they work to balance the teams, in general and over multiple timezones.

Yup, two alliances that do nothing but pvp. Try them out. Not only they fight each other, but also sometimes they team up to fight anyone who wardecs them. Nice smackfree enviroment and no politics, megablobs or capitals.
Definitely a place to have fun =)
p.s. I've never been a member of them nor am I planning to but being at war with them I can assure you that you will find the fun in EVE there. |

I try and make it fun, it's not a perfect land of even fights and fairness, neither have I ever intended it to be.
Simply an environment with lots of targets to fight without politics or agenda.
Any pilot can join the main corps Red. and Blue., any corps wanting to join either alliance can convo me.

I suppose management could make it known that x side needs a corp of x size to switch.
How's it all going btw, much asshattery and station idioocy or no?
Lol, and btw, what does the gentle folk of a backwater system who have suddenly had a huge influx of PEW PEW PEW think about all this? Also, if this keeps up, theres a fair chance you are creating a new mini trading hub.

edit: just read that other "news" thread, sucks if it's true.
I think most of the locals appreciate the light-show. We get a lot of cheering when we have 10+ engagements with BS and all that at gates for example - a few returning audience members as well that I've noticed :)

Had an alt in RvB till i moved it to Noob Mercs.It's really fun if you want to pew pew some.And be sure you got some steady income if you want to get your main in there, cause it's crazy all the time.All in all, it's allways fun if you like to shoot people and you don't get angry when you loose ships.
