LOL, sorry.
I hit enter accidentally after typing the title and before I could ooze my frustration textation into the body of the post.
Despite initial appearances to the contrary, I'm not actually at the bang-head-on-keyboard stage yet.

I am having varying success with the new quickbars and folders options. I have created a folder labeled minerals that I put all the basic minerals used in T1 production in the order that I use to update all my spreadsheets for calculating cost. Example, my folder labeled minerals when opened up looks like this:
Minerals - Trit - Pyer - Mex - Iso - Noc - Zyd - Mega
It has stayed in this order, which works for me since I can go through them one at a time and update my sheets. I have also created folders for other items and then tried logging on another character on the same account to see if everyone carried over. I like the changes so far, but I guess not everyone else does, or at least a portion do not. Remember, just because a few people whine on the forum doesn't mean that the entire 40k playerbase is having issues.

I guess there are fewer people having problems than I'd thought.
Anyone have a hint about when Trinity 1.2 will be released?
How long does it usually take for a small patch to be tested and put on tranquility?

I started whine thread about the problems and a dev actually responded saying it would be fixed in 1.2. Of course no one will say when 1.2 will be deployed so no use whining more about it. Knowing how tight lipped devs can be I was rather happy that they even acknowledged the problem and said it would be addressed. So we sit and wait, hovering over our market screens, dreaming our dreams of isk and a working user interface...

It would seem that after a complete failure to do QA on this patch, they are going to rigorously test the fix for it. In other words, they rushed out the first patch which screwed up a bunch of stuff, ruined so many things that worked fine before and after all of that they're going to take their sweet time making sure the fix is perfect. I'm less than thrilled.
In addition to the many quickbar issues, sadness over open/close cargo going to open only, the UI getting even worse and occasionally moving parts off screen forcing me to change resolution, getting hit by the random node death and serious duel-client issues and the death of the alt key, EVE is now virtually unplayable on my tablet. When I purchased this tablet one of the deciding factors was that it could play EVE well and after this patch it maxes at 15 FPS in an empty system sitting next to an empty moon. Combine that with the fact that one client always freezes if I try running multiple clients on my desktop and the game's virtually unplayable. I'm on vacation this week but if there isn't a solid date for this stuff getting fixed by the time I get back I'll be letting at least my alt accounts expire.

All they have to do is release a quick fix sorting in the quickbar and I will be happy. I was very upset that in changing to the new quickbar, they couldn't even be bothered to carry over our existing lists. It was the market equivalent of eliminating instas.
