Could anyone list the Alliances/Corps that do this? I am curious about the possiability of doing said subject and was curious about the going rates for single/multiple miners and escorts as well as where this is possable.
I REALLY appreciate any info

I know FE does. Coalition of Deklein might if you as them. all they can do is say no.

Fountain Alliance do day passes for hunting and trading, but no mining 
The PA will let you mine for free though

CFS (Coalition of Free Stars) down south was open once, dont know what their policy is nowdays.

They leave it to M0o and CA these days, havnt seen CFS doing a decent job for a while now

Right now i doubt the NFA could stop people mining, they seem to haev their hands full with their rebellion.

What about the Stain region?
Who's running that area and do they do mining passes?

Stain Alliance controls the Stain region, and if you want mining passes to mine Gneiss you're free to talk to Trigger or Kileak or some other high ranking officer in any of the member corps ;)
Thought I should mention I doubt you'll get one, because... well it's gneiss and we're currently at war with 3 other major alliances.
