I need vertification that my accounts was cancled. The account management page says still active.

Um there is a tab that shows you your subscription info and shows as either Cancel Pending or Active. Please try again...

That tab says still active and I had cancled 2 accounts before the next billing date. It shows I have been billed again for this month on both accounts.

Not sure if this problem you're having is a mix up at CCP or not... but try viewing the account page and hold down the ctrl key while you click the refresh button in internet explorer... sometimes updates to a page don't register in the browser unless you refresh the page manually in this manner.

You can do this either in game, or on this website by clicking the support link to the left.

What's 'billing cycle'? Is it the same as subscription period, or is it whatever ccp defines it to be, there is no mention of a 'billing period' on the subscription info page. Can i expect to be billed again when I cancel, akin to a few others who've had topics here mentioning the same?
