My idea is that they should be a carrier in game that a few BS could dock to, It would be able to use a jump drive at the jump gates to let it cover huge amount of grounds in one go.
It would have very little armour as it’s hollow to let ships dock, it would also not have many guns so it would need guarding. CCP could make it so it took 5 mins for the jump drive to charge and it would flash a marker on the map when charging and jumping so people could see and attack. It would also cost morphite to jump making that min have some use and increase the cost of it.

I agree with the idea of Carriers in the game. They are a powerful asset in the real world, and could also be in Eve. My version would be more like todays carriers though.
1. Armor should be adequate, but not as much as a battle ship. 2. Shields high, with very fast regenerating abilities, as this would be the main form of defense. 3. Guns should be limited mainly to med type and below, but low-end large could be used, just limited to very few. (This is beacuse carriers get most of its protection from the battle group it is with and also the ships that it is carring). 4. Ship cargo: cruisers and below are all that should be allowed to dock in the carrier. This could be accomplished by dividing the ship cargo into bays. Total number would be based on cargo amount. (note: this cargo space should only be allowed to stow ships, this prevents anyone from using it as an indy) 5. Drone cargo: there should be room for a full complement of heavy drones to to provide protection when there are no piolets on line to fly the ships you are carring, or when you have no ships onboard. 6. Station docking: when a carrier docks any ship onboard that does not belong to the carrier's piolet automaticly drops to that stations docking bays. (this happens reguardless if it is manned or not, keeping ppl from stealing ships) 7. Class of carriers: I recommend 2 or 3 classes. (Limited, Standard, and Super carrier)Each class with its own advantage over the others.
I could spend all day covering this topic, but I'm sure the Dev. Dept can fill in the holes. I hope they find these ideas inspiring enough to build carriers for the game.

there is an idea just like this only 2 pages down(when i posted this)... please check the last couple of pages first.
Titans will be able to carry ships.
I roleplay... there is this computer game called "Earth - The First Genesis" where i play a character in the early 21st century. |

I thought titans would be for killing station and killing SG, not for carrying a fleet of ships half way across space so people could fight and not have to wait for 5 days. As the main problem for combat is the time it takes to find people and the time it takes to get they. This is also why I said it would take 5 mins to jump and show up on the map so people could find each other, as we basically flying blind right now e.g. ship combat before radar.
