Oh ho HO! That's where you're wrong, mi amigo. The hot ones rely on their hotness to get them by in sex, they don't try that hard.
The best sex I've had was with a girl that, physically, was pretty unimpressive. But oh man, did she make up for it.
Hell, I ended up marrying her even.

To the op. I doubt this is going to get anywhere but...objectively speaking...who gives a flying **** if she is doing #3? People are people, you both are probably very young not only should she be getting it on, but so should you. It has nothing to do with how you love each other and all of that. Doesnt mean that when you both get back together that you wont have ****loads of puppies and kids and house payments! Its love, not possession, thats a long time to go without she should not be expecting you to be feeding your little buddy water and vitamin suppliments and conversely you should not be expecting her to prohibit herself from any "meaningless flings". You are setting a standard way to high based on your preconceived notions about relationships.

Well, there's a difference between what most people see and what I see obviously. I'm in love with her so of course I think she looks good, but she's a fat chick so obviously most people would disagree with me.
And she's comfortable with both of our shortcomings, so I wouldn't get in trouble for any of the above statements. I hope she never plays EVE because she could embarrass the hell out of me here if she felt like it.

I know what you mean. Nothing is sacred with wives. They will throw you under the bus every chance they get.
A while back, my brother in law was cutting up some bananna peppers. He didnt wash his hands before he urinated and had to deal with an irratible burning sensation on his yam bag. He asked my sister in law not to disclose this event (not a big deal really). And she did...FOR LIKE 2 DAYS! Then she was on the phone with my wife "Guess what my husband did!"

First talk to her, communication is key. Tell her that she needs to be honest with you and if she is becoming more interested in those other guys she needs to call you and tell you so. Really nothing you can do here, you can't fly over and keep her to yourself unless she wants it also. And if she's having second thoughts she needs to give you a clue also so you can get on with your life. Instead of you sitting there trying to discern what's going on over some photos it would be much better to talk to her.
Second if the relationship breaks apart you can still remain friends, right? Yes the dreaded f-word so many guys hate but there are many benefits to keeping in touch. For example, it might happen that neither she nor you will find anyone better and end up together again even after several years of college.
