This way I don't have more ISK than shares. So please post below this, and once I have all shares sent out, I will send out as i have left. I would like imput from Investors. I will Accept the Bond at 11B Keep share prices the Same and Transfer Shares based on number of Shares needed for 11 Billion. If you invested and Accept please post here. The extra ISK will be used for furthur Fuel and Minnerals. I will up the amount paided out, and keep the number the same per share.

I have had people transfering ISK when I told everyone to put it on hold. I needed teh final shares to be transfered back. Still missing 13, but he is sending the ISK to cover them. I will make sure all who have posted or reservered are taken care of before the people who sent. I am working on giving out shares now. Will take me a few hours to get the numbers over ect.

Upgrade as many towers I can to faction. Whats this going to do well Lets look at these Numbers Faction Large tower max load burns 144M a month in fuel Non Faction Tower Large burns 204M a month in Fuel. I can get 3 prints I know of for 600-700M from someone in my alliance to do this. The Savings again would be enough to make a huge difference on a lot of things. 1 Logistics. Less stuff to move, Less cost to me, means More ISK to you. The way my business plan is set up, more money I make I giving to you guys. new offer is 12% thats a increase not a decrease to you guys. I not taking a Hit w/ this. Its actually going to give you guys more as investors each month. Take this info into hand before you vote.

My biggest concern was that he would be pushing himself too much and thus running the risk of burning out due to not being able to meet his demands (read: FIN/FINU, and to a lesser extent PIF/PSRS). All of these businesses have seen changes adversely affect their operations (invention causing t2 bpo's to lose considerable profit values, carrier nerf causing PSRS problems etc). I am worried that an upcoming nerf on moon minerals, reactions, flooding of people utilising these chains, or anything really along that line could cause the 12% profit expectations to not be sustainable. With bonds it is crucial to meet the guarantee's you provide. Ohpo's response was that in this event he believes it wouldn't drop to an unsustainable level, however if it did he would purchase GTC's to cover the costs, likely buy out investors in the operation. My biggest concern in my earlier post wasn't necessarily that he was taking on an extra 2b, but that he was going to be expected to pay out 1.44b per month to investors instead of 1.2b per month. http://www.eve-bank.net Please visit your user settings to re-enable images.[/url]

I vote to increase the bond offering and increase the rate to 12%.
