I'd sure like to know how someone gathered all this data. I didn't even know this stuff existed.

if you noticed some of it was incomplete, i think a bunch of people just pooled their knowledge.

Hum, what didn't you know that existed?
and keep in mind some of us played in beta and saw stuff that isn't in the retail as well.

I donŠt see anything wrong on that site. Paranoia? ;)
TTI is a huge corp. And I bet they have alot of betatesters. I was betatester too. I could have made the same if I wasnŠt so lazy :P

Yes, we had a lot of Beta testers. Some of them had been around for a while and were waiting for release to happen. Some of that info is of course going to change or be balanced before or even after it goes live.

The Nexus is a superb tool.
Not all correct still but it gives a very very good idea of series and variety/variation etc.
Kudos to whomever made it.

The TTI Nexus is a tool to provide statistical information about the items that are available for the players in EVE. However, it does currently just list raw all the items, both those available for players and those that have higher tech levels.
Consider tti-nexus the http://aodb.info of EVE.

i beg to differ, tti-nexus is all correct - since all data is taken directly from the client side database.
there are errors in the database sure, but that just means there are errors in the databse in game also.
there are one or two issues with units on some attributes that I havent fixed yet, since their usage is not constant within the game, so I was waiting a while until they became a bit more regular to define their meaning. believe me when i tell you there are 6 ways to display a % in game, and then you see my problems.
Cyrus - with over 9000 items in the databse, im sure there are some ppl writing this stuff down by hand... i took the easy route (sic!)
Fortye Drak - thank you for the kudos - i do work hard - watch out for updates to tti-nexus very soon.

Praxiteles You deserve it - its a great bit of work and presented well also.
My statement of it not being entirely correct was based on it not listing certain modules which BBBB have in their posession.
As such I assumed it was running off an older version of the item db than the current one... and would gradually "fade" in its usefullness as time went on.
That it is a "living, breathing" Nexus is good news indeed. (But why the item discrepency?)

are you sure you looked in the correct place for the item?
a simple search will be added for the next release of the db.
The addition of the "mercenary" group has fubared the menu, so Ill have to have a rethink on the layout slightly.
db updated to build 1077.

This database is very interesting indeed. It doesn't contain the blueprints information though. Is it because they are stored on the server with no copy on the client side, or is it just a bug with my Flash player ?

no the database does have some information on BP's but not in the section of tables that the DB is curently querying. its not a probelm with your flash player, there is no informaiton to be shown for BP's right now.

would be kool if you could share your info on the database thing with eve-i because they have kool features thats lacking content like the ship setup simulator ;0 that would uber with all the weapons on market but with what you found it would make it totaly spank tastic having all the looted weapons on it as well and stuff :)
