The character is set for three distinct possibilities of being used for market transactions, research, as well as construction. I even set aside some skills for Social (just in case I needed to do missions down the road which is why Social is at 4). All of the rigging skills are set to be trained but currently have no levels yet due to the account going inactive for a time. I had originally intended the character to be my industrial alt but due to restricted funds on my end and just lack of time...I'm wanting to give the character unto someone who wants to do something with it.

I've considered lower prices, Susy. Besides, the bid itself started off at a low rate. The buy out is for someone who wants the character right then and there.
Also, the learning skills are not the only 5s it has. Nor is the character indebted or have any security penalties that would affect someone who wanted to use it. Since its geared for trade, research, or manufacturing...it also leaves it open to what pathway you want to go or possibly all three if someone wanted to juggle it that way. Its just not made for PvP.

This auction is cancelled and restarted under a new thread. Due to technical issues with Secure Trade and waiting for the outcome of a petition, the character was unable to be processed for a buyout at that time. Since I had put it on hold beyond the deadline of the auction and due to the buyer no longer wanting it after the petition was answered
..its being restarted.
